Dr. Wu Min to Make Presentation at TeX meeting, Korea

Dr. Wu Min, Vice GM who is also in charge of Zetaminds products department, including management team of ESciPub, has been invited by the GenSolution Investor Association to make a presentation at an upcoming TeX meeting in Korea on August 2, 2008.

In connection with the presentation, GenSolution announced that the Association has entered into discussions with various interested parties about a possible merger of Zetaminds assets into GenSolution Investor Association. More details about these discussions will be made available after the meeting on August 2, 2008.

"Zetaminds has extensive experiences in TeX epublishing platform," said David Lee, President of GenSolution. "We'd like to have this opportunity to use our expertise to explore further options for our shareholder."
